By Car:
From the A406, take the exit to Barking and get to the roundabout. You are heading for the Superstore exit, which is the same as the A406 South Bound exit from this roundabout (don’t go towards Barking). Turn into TESCO carpark a few metres along. You can park there for quite a while (you might have to buy a newspaper - pls check the signage).
The map shows TESCO as point C. The blue line shows how to walk to our office, point B (there might be a pedestrian exit more directly onto London Road from the TESCO building).
By Underground:
The nearest tube station is Barking, which is shown as point A on the walking route map. Then follow the blue line to our office. (Click here for walking route map)
By Bus:
