Cancellation And Refund

1. Telemedicine Services

• Registration charges can be cancelled and refunded within 1 hour of payment
• Cancellation must occur before receiving any response from our organization
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

2. Clinic Appointments

• Appointment charges are non-refundable
• One-time appointment rescheduling is allowed with minimum two weeks' notice
• Modification requests must be submitted in writing

3. Medicine Orders

• Medicines once shipped cannot be refunded or returned
• This applies to both domestic (India) and international orders
• No exceptions can be made due to the nature of medical products

4. Payment Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be made through Razorpay to the original payment method
• Any payment gateway charges are non-refundable
